The Fallon meeting is postponed until fall (as soon as the date is determined we will update you)   On Saturday, May 31st, the Northern Nevada Colony is hosting an NSMD informational event from 2 to 4 p.m. in one of Fallon’s newest attractions, the C & C Social Club. From Fallon’s Maine Street in the historic downtown, Cranberry Cottage’s storefront appears as a very inviting local vintage and craft store. Hidden in the back of the store, behind an unmarked door that gives the appearance of a bookcase, lies a modern speakeasy. Reminiscent of a Prohibition era clandestine bar of the Roaring 20’s, it features antique furnishings, low-lighting and beautifully crafted woodwork. One feels transported back in time to a secret place. We will be meeting in its private area called the Whiskey Room which is fashioned in the style of the Old West.
